1.Membership Overview

The Iremia Glow Circle ("Membership") is an exclusive annual program offered by Salon Iremía ("the Salon"). This program is designed to provide clients with access to discounted services, priority booking, and additional perks across Hair, Facial, Nails, Makeup & Bridal. By purchasing the membership, members agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

2.Eligibility

• •Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• •Clients must complete the membership registration form and pay the UGX 96,000 annual fee in full.
• •Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
• •The Salon reserves the right to decline membership to any applicant at its discretion.

3.Membership Benefits

• •Members gain access to Glow Circle Set Menus, offering pre-discounted prices on selected Hair, Facial, and Nail services (up to 30% off).
• •Members may receive 5–15% discounts on services not included in the set menus, at the Salon's discretion.
• •Birthday Month Treat: Members are eligible for a complimentary add-on or service upgrade during their birthday month.
• •Priority Booking: Members receive priority booking for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments, subject to availability.
• •Guest Privilege: Members may extend their discount to a guest once every 3 months. Guest discounts apply to a single visit only.

4.Maintaining Active Membership

• •Members must spend a minimum of UGX 150,000 per quarter to maintain active membership status.
• •Failure to meet the quarterly minimum spend may result in suspension of membership benefits until the requirement is met.
• •Membership benefits are only valid while the membership is active and in good standing.
• •Members are responsible for tracking their own quarterly spend; the Salon may provide updates, but the onus is on the member to maintain activity.

5.Membership Fee and Renewal

• •The membership fee of UGX 96,000 is non-refundable.
• •Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
• •Members may renew their membership annually by paying the current membership fee.
• •Renewal of membership is not automatic and requires a new registration and payment.

6.Usage of Discounts and Services

• •Discounts are valid only for services listed in the Glow Circle Set Menus or as authorized by the Salon.
• •Members are not permitted to combine membership discounts with other promotions, vouchers, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
• •The Salon reserves the right to modify set menu services, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice.
• •Services booked and not attended may be counted toward maintaining quarterly spend requirements if paid for in advance.

7.Guest Sharing Policy

• •Guest usage is limited to one guest per member every 3 months.
• •Guests may only benefit from the membership discount for a single visit.
• •Members are responsible for informing guests of membership policies.
• •Abuse or misuse of guest privileges may result in suspension or termination of membership.

8.Member Conduct

• •Members are expected to behave respectfully toward Salon staff and other clients.
• •Any form of abusive behavior, harassment, or repeated no-shows may result in membership suspension or termination.
• •The Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any member for violations of Salon rules or policies.

9.Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated by the Salon if a member:

• •Fails to comply with these terms.
• •Misuses guest privileges.
• •Engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

Members may voluntarily terminate their membership at any time, but fees are non-refundable. Upon termination, all membership benefits, discounts, and privileges immediately cease.

10.General Terms

• •Membership benefits, services, and discounts are subject to availability and Salon discretion.
• •The Salon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program or any benefits at any time, with or without prior notice.
• •Any disputes arising from membership will be handled according to the Salon's policies and local law.
• •Members are responsible for reviewing updates to these terms; continued use of membership after updates constitutes acceptance.

11.Privacy and Personal Data

• •Members consent to the Salon storing and using their personal information for membership management, marketing, and communication purposes.
• •Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12.Liability

• •The Salon is not liable for any loss, injury, or dissatisfaction resulting from participation in the membership program.
• •Members acknowledge that discounts, services, and promotions are provided "as is" and may vary over time.
